How to heal flat feet:

When a person stands flatly on the ground without creating an arch in his or her feet, that person is said to have "flat feet".  One of the factors of backpain is created by the improper feet position (flat feet).

There is an effective and quick way to create an arch in your feet is to squat down with your toes on the ground first. Hold that position for a couple of minutes everyday and increase the duration as you develop your feet strength. Very soon, you will find yourself standing on the ground with an arch. In other words, say goodbye to "flat feet" along with its side effects.
