Wall Squatting at play

Demonstrated by one-year-old "Hao-La" Baby, Holland (See last month's "Hao-La Family")

Perfect squatting position: relaxed, Baihui up, body straight.
Mingmen out, knees align with toes (not passing over the toes)
The strength to lift the body  comes from Mingmen area (and Dantien) while the knees just act as a hinge, and the head (Baihui) is raised.
Mission completed.
